US Shipping Times

Please note that all orders are shipped from our UK warehouse.

International Shipping: (2-3 business days via DHLWorldwide Express) –$25

The Silk Collection is not responsible for any custom holds or delays. The buyer is responsible for any duty/custom fees.

All orders placed before 2pm (GMT) Monday - Friday are dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

We do not ship orders on Saturdays and Sundays, so all orders placed on Friday after 2pm (GMT) will be shipped the following Monday morning.

What do I do if my order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe above?

We process orders within 1-2 business days and once your order is shipped you will receive a separate email confirming the shipment and tracking details you need to track the delivery of your order.
